Install tip
Put SermonDex on your home screen.
SermonDex works in any browser, but you can also add it to your phone, tablet, or computer so it opens with a single tap — full screen, with its own icon, just like an app from the store. Nothing to download, and it takes about fifteen seconds.
iPhone & iPad
Safari
- 1Open sermondex.online in Safari (this must be Safari, not Chrome).
- 2Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen — the square with an arrow pointing up.
- 3Scroll down the list and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
- 4Tap “Add” in the top right corner. The SermonDex icon now sits on your home screen.
Android Phone & Tablet
Chrome
- 1Open sermondex.online in Chrome.
- 2Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- 3Tap “Add to Home screen” (some phones say “Install app”).
- 4Confirm with “Add” or “Install.” SermonDex appears with your other apps.
Computer
Chrome, Edge & Safari
- 1Open sermondex.online in your browser.
- 2In Chrome or Edge, look for the install icon at the right end of the address bar and click it.
- 3On a Mac in Safari, choose File → “Add to Dock.”
- 4SermonDex opens in its own window, without browser tabs in the way.
After it's installed
- Sign in once and you stay signed in — your library is ready whenever you open the icon.
- Every entry syncs across your phone, tablet, and computer automatically.
- To remove it, press and hold the icon and choose Remove, just like any other app.
